Common questions

How do I create a reminder? Tap anywhere on the Capture screen, say or type the thought in your own words ("call mom tonight at 7") and tap Release. Offload works out the time, the place and the category.

Why did I get no notification? The free plan is calm by design: one morning digest at the hour you choose in Settings. Per-event and place-based nudges are part of Offload Unlimited.

How do I restore my purchase? Open the paywall and tap "Restore purchase" — your subscription or lifetime unlock comes back instantly on any device signed into the same Apple Account.

How do I move my data to a new phone? Keep iCloud sync on (Settings → iCloud sync). Your reminders live in your private iCloud and appear automatically on any device you sign into.

How do I delete my data? Delete reminders in the app, or delete the app to remove local data; disable iCloud sync to remove cloud copies. Details in our privacy policy.

Manage your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. To change or cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Offload. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
